Hey everyone, Adrian here again. Sorry for the long time it has taken me to write. I have been very busy traveling and preparing for more travel. I am very excited and grateful getting a second gold glove award this week. The gold glove award means a lot to me for many reasons, but mostly because it shows that I am a complete player and not just a guy they stick at first base because he can’t play any other position. One is very nice, but two makes you feel like the hard work throughout the years is really paying off. One thing that remains is that nothing would be possible without my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All the glory goes to him and none to me. Things I have done since the season ended is go on a cruise with the family, which was great because we got to spend my dad’s birthday with him on the boat, but the cruise itself was chaos. We started to head to the Mexican Riviera and one day in they redirected north to San Francisco which we were not very excited about due to the fact that we were looking forward to the heat and the food in Mexico. Instead we got cold and windy weather in San Francisco, then went to Catalina Island and that was fine, but it is no Puerto Vallarta. We also were able to spend Halloween in Las Vegas, that was a lot of fun, we stayed at the Luxor, we enjoyed the trip. The one thing I really enjoyed from Halloween in Vegas is the creativity that people had with their costumes, and the many variations of costumes. I got to say though that some were too (small) and not appropriate. Last we started our offseason couples bible study and this year we are doing it in Decisions. And listening to the Holy Spirit after praying for the decisions we take in life. I think I will really enjoy it. I have also been in contact with Miles McPherson from the The Rock Church and he has a message that I would like to extend to everyone. The message is “do something” get out to the community and lend your hand and time to whatever you can.
