Down to the wire we go, going into the last month of the season. I have a feeling that this will be a very electric month for us for two reasons. One we have been playing good baseball, winning series and doing things the way we did them in 06' when we went to the playoffs. I know we are not in contention, but its fun the way we are playing. Second we will be the deciding factor to see who goes to the playoffs between the Dodgers, Giants, and Rockies. Things are looking good for the team going into next year. We had had Faith night August 21st and it was good, hopefully many people gave their life to Christ and changed the way they live their life and start looking into God's way not the human way. The following Sunday we had the Annual Celebrity Staff Night at Acqua Al 2 and had a great event. We were able to raise funds for the Scholarship fund we have established and next year we will hopefully be able to send two or three kids to a University with their four year scholarship. Finally I want to Congatulate the Parkview Little League team for winning the LLWS. It was a ton of fun for my teammates and I to follow them and root them on throughout the entire time. I look forward to meeting them when they come to the ballpark in the following weeks. Great Job I know the entire city is very proud and excited for their accomplishments.
